Once your product arrives to one of our facilities and is received in by our trained warehouse team, our goal is to deliver to the consumer as quickly as possible. With at least weekly deliveries to every ZIP code we service, your customers will not have to wait extended periods of time before we deliver the order to their home.
Your dedicated account representative will reach out to the consumer within 24 hours of receiving the complete order and schedule the delivery. They will update your proprietary system with the scheduling detail and note each attempt they make when trying to reach the consumer and any other pertinent information regarding the order. Once the order is scheduled, we will contact the customer on the day prior to their delivery and provide a 3 or 4-hour timeframe. We will also contact them approximately 30 minutes before we arrive that day.
The consumer can also track their order in real time on the day of delivery by simply entering their order number or telephone number associated with that order in the “Track Your Appointment” feature on our website. This provides them with access to which stop the truck is on in relation to their delivery and provides a 30-minute ETA. This will allow them to run to the store, pick the kids up from practice, and not wait around during the entire delivery window.
